# Decipher Security Podcast Interview with Kodex CEO Matt Donahue

Matt recently joined the Decipher Security podcast with host [Dennis Fisher](https://www.linkedin.com/in/dennis-fisher-b027621/?lipi=urn%3Ali%3Apage%3Ad_flagship3_pulse_read%3BrVujTTg9R2%2BA5PLpEcspRg%3D%3D) and [Nick Selby](https://www.linkedin.com/in/nickselby/?lipi=urn%3Ali%3Apage%3Ad_flagship3_pulse_read%3BrVujTTg9R2%2BA5PLpEcspRg%3D%3D), a seasoned CISO and law enforcement officer, to discuss the challenges organizations face when responding to data requests and how companies can address them.

One of the greatest challenges for organizations is verifying that requests come from legitimate law enforcement officers. Matt, Dennis, and Nick talk about why email verification isn't enough and how Kodex solves that challenge for its customers.
